We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the returns process as simple as possible for you. Our goodwill return policy allows you to request a refund for items purchased online at uspoloassn.com.au within 28 days (excluding sale items), provided you have a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation.

For sale items, the return period is within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your return complies with our returns policy, we will promptly refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method.

The refund process is typically completed by U.S. Polo Assn. within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods. During sale or peak times, the refund processing period might extend to up to 14 working days, and the appearance of the refund on your bank statement may vary, depending on your bank's processing time. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please rest assured that we will replace it free of charge.

Please be aware that, due to hygiene reasons, our underwear items are non-returnable except in cases of faulty goods.

Return Costs:
While we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, it's important to note that if you choose to return a product for a refund, the cost of returning the item to our warehouse will be incurred by you, the customer, and this return shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend using our selected courier service or a reliable shipping service and tracking your return package to ensure it reaches our warehouse successfully.

Returns Courier Service Choice:
It's important to note that if you opt to use an alternative courier service, any responsibilities regarding issues or claims arising during the return transit will lie with you, the customer. In such cases, any claims must be made directly via the chosen courier service.

Refunds:
If you want to return an item, please make sure to return it in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with attached labels, following the instructions provided below.

Full Price Products:
Our generous return policy allows you to receive a refund for an item purchased online with a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation within 28 days, excluding sale items.

Sale Products:
For sale items, please return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your return meets our return policy criteria, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the original payment method used.

Returns Are Accepted For Items Purchased Only From The Official Store of U.S. Polo Assn. Australia?

We are only able to accept returns ONLY for products purchased directly from uspoloassn.com.au. If you have bought U.S. Polo Assn. products from other retailers or websites, we kindly request that you return the product to the original store or website for any returns or exchanges. Regrettably, we cannot facilitate returns for these items. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

 

HOW TO PRINT YOUR RETURNS LABEL:

1. GENERATING YOUR RETURNS LABEL:

2. ENTER YOUR DETAILS:

Once you enter the Returns Portal, you must have a valid U.S. Polo Assn. Order Number which you will be asked to enter, with the email address you used to complete your U.S. Polo Assn. purchase as a second validation step.


Important: Please Note Your Order Reference Number starts with AUSPA

3. SELECT THE  ITEM(S) THAT YOU ARE RETURNING:

Once you have entered your order number and valid email address, you will be presented with a ‘basket’ of the items within that order. From there, you may select your item/product and the quantity of the item you wish to return. You will also be asked to select the reason for your return out of a pre-set list of choices.


4. SELECT YOUR RETURN METHOD:

Next, you will be able to choose your return method from our selection of UK carriers, after which you will be provided with a printable label or scannable QR code depending on the method chosen.
